Crystal Pepi Penguin Crèches (for 6 months to 4 years)
What's Included?
- All children will receive a special Pepi Penguin gift during their stay
- At least one English-speaking qualified nanny per crèche (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ or equivalent)
- Minimum ratio of 1 nanny per 3 children under 2 years and one nanny per 4 children if all children are aged 2-4 years (please be aware there may not always be two staff present at all times but we will always ensure correct adult:child ratios are adhered to)
- Pepi Penguin Crèche hours are 0830-1700 6 days per week. (Times may vary in certain crèches in order to fit in with parents ski school classes, although the number of hours offered in total will remain the same)
- Main creche area will be equipped with a range of toys, games, puzzles, books and art and crafts materials to keep your little ones entertained
- Outdoor play and activities (weather permitting and parental consent permitting)
- Snacks and drinks included
- 1 night's FREE babysitting (or baby-listening service in larger properties) from 1930-2330 only available if staying in the actual Pepi Penguin Crèche property

Option A: 6 Mornings (0830-1245) £70 low season; £100 high season
Option : 6 Afternoons (1245-1700) £70 low season; £100 high season
Option : Lunch for 6 days £20 all season

The Pepi Penguin Crèche is extremely popular and places are strictly limited. It is essential therefore to secure your child's place at the time of booking. All our crèches/clubs are subject to availabililty. The crèche oeorates from the day after arrival , over a six day period.
Whizz Kids Clubs (for 3 or 4 to 11 years)
All children booked into our Whizz Kids Clubs will be looked after by our experienced and caring Whizz Kids leaders who will take your children to and from ski-school, bridge the lunchtime gap and organise entertainment and activities.
What's Included?
- All Whizz Kids will receive a special gift during their stay
- A dedicated room or separate area equipped with games, toys and arts and crafts materials
- Drop-off and pick-up from ski-school, morning, lunchtime and afternoon
- Lunch and lunchtime supervision
- Half day or full day play, activities
- Outside snow play and games, snowman building, treasure hunts, sledging and cable car rides, all make up part of the fun had in Whizz Kids! (weather & parental consent permitting)
- Whizz Kids Club hours are 0830-1700 6 days a week
- 1 night's 'fun zone' from 1930-2330 which takes place on the Chalet Host's/Chef's night off. (Only available if staying the actual Whizz Kid Club property)
Whizz Kids Club Options
A) 6 Mornings (1000-1300) Morning supervision with games and activities. This price does not include lunch or the drop-off and pick-up service. £60 low season; £80 high season
B) 6 Afternoons (1300-1700) Supervision above, but in the afternoons. £60 low season; £80 high season
C) 6 Lunches 6 lunches and supervision by Whizz Kids leaders between 1200 and 1400 (depending on ski school - times may vary in resort). This may only be booked as a supplement to the drop-off and pick-up service and not separately. £20 low season; 30 high season
D) Ski School Escort Service - Drop Off / Pick Up 6 drop-offs and pick-ups between Whizz Kids Club (or a local meeting point) and ski school (parents may drop-off their children at he club and collect after ski school finishes (available 0840-1700) £20 low season; £30 high season
High season dates: departures 22/23 Dec, 29/30 Dec, 09/10 Feb, 16/17 Feb and 5/6 Apr.
Please note: Whizz Kids prices do NOT include ski school.
Children may need to accompany Whizz Kids leaders to ski school when other children are being dropped off and picked up. This service is extremely popular and places are strictly limited and are on a first come first served basis. All clubs must be pre-booked.
The Extras
For your added convenience we recommend that you bring the following items:
- Buggy for travelling and use in resort
- Suitable warm clothing, sunglasses and sun-block with high SPF
- Favourite toys and comforters
- Feeder cups, bottles, nappies and wipes
- Mobile phone with international roaming
- Ski helmets (own or pre-booked)
- An extra passport photograph which will be attached to your child's information form, for collection security
- Specialised items or foods including child formula milk
- Babysitting is available locally at approx £7 per hour (subject to availability)
